3D printing with PP filament
Unfortunately, semi-crystalline structure of the filament makes it difficult to print - during the manufacturing process, models demonstrate deformation during cooling. After cooling, PP regains its original hardness. However, it decomposes at temperatures above 270°C and it does not tolerate temperatures below -5˚C. PP is sensitive to direct sunlight and Ultraviolet influence. Also most adhesives do not work and do not increase adhesion to the platform due to the inertness of PP.Following options are only suggested print settings for this material.
