Warranty
Warranty period:
The warranty period is shown on the page of each item presented on the site. The warranty is provided for up to 36 months, depending on the product. The warranty can be submitted by the manufacturer or by the Seller. The Seller’s warranty card is the confirmation of warranty obligations.
The service center may refuse the warranty repair in case of:
-violations of the security seals;
-modification of the structure;
-the presence of mechanical or other damage caused by willful or reckless actions of the buyer or third parties;
-violations of the rules of use;
-unauthorized opening of hull, repair or alteration of internal communications and components of the printer, alteration of structure or scheme of an item;
-if the serial number or MAC address in the product memory is changed, erased or damaged and cannot be set;
-if there is a damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or by the action of extreme temperatures.
Warranty obligations and warranty service do not apply to:
-accidental damage (defects caused by the customer);
-damage caused by natural disasters (natural events);
-damage caused by negligence or improper use (failure to comply with temperature conditions, exposure to liquid, dust, mechanical damage, entry of foreign objects into the body);
-damage caused by accidental rise or decrease of voltage in the network;
-damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by failures or non-compliance with standards of parameters of feeding, telecommunication, cable and other similar external factors;
-damage caused by defects in the system in which the product was used or caused by the connection of the printer to other products;
-damage caused by use of the goods or violation of the rules of operation;
-natural wear of elements in cases of exceeding norms of use, as well as body parts of portable items;
-damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by any programs;
-damage or abnormal operation of the product caused by the use of non-standard and (or) poor-quality consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries;
-presence on the product signs of repair by unauthorized persons.
The guarantee shall not be extended for:
-software products supplied with the product;
-software products that are not shipped with the product;
-user data stored or obtained with the product;
Exchange and returns:
You can exchange or return the item within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed by «Consumer Protection Law».
To use this opportunity, please make sure that:
-the product, has not been in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chipping, damage, cracks, no traces of assembly, the software has not been modified and so on.;
-the product is fully stocked and does not violate the integrity of the package;
-all labels and factory markings are kept.
Good quality items are exchanged if they have not been used and if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a settlement document issued to the consumer together with the goods sold are preserved.
If the items do not work, they are exchanged or returned only if there is a conclusion/act of the service center authorized by the manufacturer of the goods, that the operating conditions are not violated.
