Description
Линейные подшипники выступают в роли направляющих типа качения. Одним из основных преимуществ которых является малая сила сопротивления движения. Это помогает как быстро развивать высокую скорость перемещения, так и плавно двигаться на маленьких скоростях.

Externally, the LM series linear bearings resemble rolling ball sleeves. They belong to the category of open bearings, which can be used with cylindrical shafts from the TBS and SBS series, characterized by their support structures. LM bearings are widely utilized in linear motion systems, and the design of some models features a sufficiently wide cut that allows them to move effortlessly along the entire length of the guide without contacting the supports.
The outer casing of LM series linear bearings is made from high-carbon alloy steel, while the bearing separator is constructed from high-strength polyamide. To ensure maximum smooth sliding along the guides, the type of linear bearing used features between 3 to 5 rows of steel balls. The bearings are equipped with sealing rings made from resilient vulcanized rubber on both ends of the casing.

LM series bearings are most commonly used in the manufacturing and enhancement of 3D printers, office equipment, CNC machines of various formats, and for the creation and repair of automated equipment.
