Shaft Support SK

The SK shaft holders/supports are designed for polished guide shafts. Made from anodized aluminum, the SK holders feature a standardized housing size. They are used as a structural component in precise motion systems to secure the guide shaft along the supporting plane.

The SK shaft support is intended for high-quality fixation of the guide shaft, along which the carriage moves. The holder includes fixation and attachment to the plane.

Characteristics

This type of support is designed for the polished shaft series SK and features simple and reliable fixings with internal threading, through which it is secured parallel to the supporting plane. The shaft is fixed in the holder using a clamping screw located at the top of the holder.

Features of the SK Shaft Holder:

• The support has through mounting holes without threading for attachment to the plane.
• The mounting surface of the holder is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft.
• It allows adjustment of the gap between the walls of the support hole and the guide shaft using a recessed hex head screw.
