7-Inch 9K LCD Matrix

This new 3D printer is equipped with a modern 7-inch monochrome LCD display with a resolution of 8520 x 4320 pixels (9K). Utilizing a matrix with such incredible resolution allows for the printing of clear and complex models with precise detailing and sharp edges at a maximum print speed of 70 mm/h. The print area of Elegoo Mars 4 9k is 153.36 x 77.76 x 175 mm, which is quite sufficient for manufacturing large models or for placing several small ones on the platform to increase the productivity of your workshop.

High-Power COB Light Source

A powerful UV radiation COB source, comprising 36 LEDs working simultaneously, was specifically developed for this printer. This light source allows for the uniform distribution of UV radiation across the matrix surface, ensuring the most uniform curing of the polymer resin during printing.

Updated Design

The design team of Elegoo Mars 4 9k has developed an efficient cooling system consisting of a large fan and a copper alloy circuit, which effectively dissipates heat from the UV light source. This significantly extends the lifespan of the LEDs and the entire 3D printer. A single, but powerful, linear guide is mounted on the Z-axis, capable of ensuring stable and precise movement of the print platform along the Z-axis during printing. This results in models with a smooth surface and high detail accuracy. The calibration screws securely fix the print platform in its position, and calibrating the platform itself is a simple task that won’t take much of your time. The working surface of the print platform is treated with laser engraving. This provides excellent adhesion and guarantees that models will be securely fixed on the platform during printing.

Air Purification Activated Carbon Filter

Elegoo Mars 4 9k is now equipped with a new air filter model, housed in a durable protective plastic case. This ensures the reliable protection of the activated carbon filter and high efficiency in purifying the air from the odors of photopolymer resin.

Touchscreen with a User-Friendly Interface

A 3.5-inch touchscreen with an intuitive, user-friendly interface is installed on the Mars 4 9k. During the operation of the 3D printer, the screen displays the entire printing process in real-time, allowing for comfortable monitoring of the process and making adjustments as necessary.

Compatible with Voxeldance Tango Slicer

For preparing models for printing on the Elegoo Mars 4 9k, it is recommended to use the Voxeldance Tango Slicer, which is fully compatible with the printer. The slicer offers several printer operation modes: static mode, dynamic smooth mode, dynamic high-speed mode for enhancing printing efficiency and optimizing the outcome in terms of quality and speed or a balance of both.
