Unique Technology for Ultra-Fast Printing

The Saturn 4 Ultra employs a wholly unique resin vat tilting technology, which allows for much faster and safer model detachment from the film at the bottom of the tank. This technology enables the printer to operate at a maximum printing speed of 150 mm/h. If needed, this print mode can easily be switched, providing a wide range of possibilities for efficient and high-quality printing.

LCD Display with 12K Resolution

The Saturn 4 Ultra is equipped with a liquid crystal matrix with a resolution of 11520 x 5120 pixels (12K) and a 10-inch diagonal. Thanks to this, the device can achieve sufficiently high precision in XY – 19 x 24 µm. Now you can easily manufacture highly detailed models with stunning accuracy in less time.

COB Light Source + Fresnel Lens

The COB light source emits light with a wavelength of 405 nm, which, combined with the Fresnel lens, achieves a maximally uniform light flux up to 92%, with a deviation angle of less than 5°. As a result, models are produced with maximum accuracy, sharp edges, and an incredibly smooth surface. 

Self-Check Technology and Auto-Calibration System

Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra is a 3D printer that will easily provide you with the convenience and simplicity of working with photopolymers thanks to its intelligent self-checking systems and automatic work platform calibration.

The auto-calibration system allows you to precisely adjust the position of the work platform, thereby ensuring an easy printing process, free of defects and model detaching. Now, you don't need to spend time adjusting the printer before printing – all this is done at the touch of a button.

Self-check technology allows checking all printer components before starting work to ensure their proper function, providing smooth, uninterrupted operation of the Saturn 4 Ultra.

Intelligent Print Quality Control System

Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra is equipped with a video camera with intelligent control. With the camera, you can not only remotely monitor the printing process in real-time. The camera can track the printing process and detect model detachment from the platform and the emergence of other print defects, promptly notifying you. Now, you can address print issues quickly, saving time and resin. With the video camera, you can record interesting videos of the printer working or create spectacular time-lapse videos.

The printer is equipped with a special mechanical sensor that can detect remnants of the model or traces of cured resin on the work surface. There is also a resin level sensor. Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra will promptly alert you to any unforeseen situations with a sound signal or notification on your smartphone. 

Convenient and Functional Design

In its quest to create a user-friendly and functional photopolymer 3D printer, Elegoo has outdone itself. Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra features a quick-release print platform and a flip-top cover, allowing for easy model removal with one hand. Additionally, the resin vat has two drainage holes, facilitating quick and easy resin removal. The printer design includes a special drip tray, making operating the 3D printer significantly easier and more comfortable.

Additional Capabilities

1. With WI-FI, the printer and the printing process can be controlled both from a computer and a smartphone, remotely. A specially designed operating system and 8 GB of RAM make the control of the Saturn 4 Ultra instantaneous, and the printer operation smoother.
   
2. The presence of a 4" touchscreen control panel enables convenient device operation. The control system features a user-friendly and intuitive interface.
   
3. A PFA film is installed at the bottom of the resin vat, ensuring good model detachment and possessing anti-adhesive properties.
   
4. Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra is fully compatible with Mars Mate - a highly efficient carbon filter from Elegoo.
   
5. The 3D printer has a metal casing, making it quite robust and ensuring maximum print accuracy over the printer's lifespan.
