The Anycubic Photon Mono M5S Pro is equipped with a high-quality 10-inch monochrome LCD with a resolution of 13312 x 5120 pixels (14K!). The printer demonstrates incredible detail and precision in printing, as the XY resolution is 16.8 x 24.8 µm. Despite the large volume for printing, the printer can precisely print relatively small products with incredible accuracy. This is aided by a sufficiently powerful UV light source. The uniformity of the light flow across the entire screen area is 85%, ensuring that the model comes out without visible layers, with maximally sharp edges and smooth transitions.

Heating and Air Filtration

Anycubic has provided the Photopolymer Photon Mono M5S Pro with a complex air filtration and heating mechanism inside the printer:

• The device uses a powerful 55-watt heating element, which allows for the rapid heating of the air inside the printer to a temperature of 40 °C, and raises the temperature of the resin in the printing container by more than 20 °C. This makes it easy to use resins with high viscosity and other engineering resins. They can be printed defect-free even at quite low temperatures.
• The device is equipped with a special air filtration cartridge with activated carbon, which can effectively remove the smell of resin and other harmful volatile components, allowing the printer to be placed in an office or a living room.

No Calibration of the Print Platform Required

The Photon Mono M5S Pro utilizes technology that does not require calibration of the print platform. The platform freely "floats" within the grip mechanism, which, together with special sensors, ensures its even adherence to the screen. All necessary adjustments to the platform's position are made "on the fly" by the control board, without your involvement.

Classified Among High-Speed Photopolymer Printers

The average operating speed of the 3D printer is 105 mm/h. This has been made possible by the floating platform, as well as the use of a special separation film ACF, to which the solidified photopolymer resin does not stick, allowing for the printing of high-quality models at maximum speed. The use of ACF film significantly reduced the height and increased the lifting speed of the platform, thereby vastly enhancing the printing speed and productivity of the printer.

AI Use in the Photon Mono M5S Pro

• Thanks to special sensors used to detect remnants of cured resin on the platform, the risk of damaging the separation film and the display itself is prevented
• The self-test function allows for the identification of malfunctions before the start of the printing process, thereby saving consumables and preventing possible further damage to the printer
• The entire printing process is monitored in real-time. The Photon Mono M5S Pro will immediately notify you of any minor defects or malfunctions
• Before starting to print, the device automatically checks the amount of resin and will notify you if there is insufficient resin to print the item.

Thanks to the integration of WI-FI technology in the 3D printer Photon Mono M5S Pro, it is now possible to remotely control the entire printing process in real time. A convenient, intuitively understandable slicer program for PCs and smartphones will allow you to quickly prepare the model for printing, immediately load it into the printer, and print it.
